"Hi, I'm Angela Garcia, the owner and curator of Calliope Vintage Clothing, Accessories, and More. Welcome to my online shop! My passion for selling vintage wares goes back 20 years, when I was studying marketing and fashion merchandising at San Juaquin Delta College. I started selling my finds on eBay in 2006, and moved to Etsy in 2009.​​
It wasn't a full-time job because I was also raising my children during those years, and it mattered a lot to me that they be raised in a nature-focused environment with an attentive and available mother. Now that they are grown up and doing well on their own, I am excited to share my collection with the world!
It's an amazing thing when we get to enjoy the work we do, and I am proud to be part of cyclical fashion that fosters sustainability and the opportunity for unique self expression.
My favorite eras are the 20s, 40s, and 70s, but I have found many beautiful and immaculate pieces in just about every era since the 20s. If you love vintage as much as I do, then I am sure you will find something you love here."
