A little history:
"4th Infantry Division operated heavily in the dense jungles of the Central Highlands near the Cambodian border. The division relied extensively on its elite, small-team LRRP units to infiltrate deep behind enemy lines and gather critical intelligence. Major General William R. Peers famously noted that every major battle fought by the 4th Infantry Division in Vietnam was initiated by the actions of these specialized patrols."
